Wei Sidong, pen name Xin Tian, was born in Zorong, Fujian Province in 1969. Xiamen Haicang District Yucai Primary School art senior teacher, national first-class artist, honorary doctor of Sweden Royal Academy of Fine Arts, honorary doctor of Spain Royal SAN Fernando Academy of Fine Arts, visiting professor of China Academy of Management Science. One of the first famous teachers of primary school art teaching in Fujian Province, Wei Sidong Master Studio of primary school art discipline in Fujian Province.

Awarded the commemorative medallion celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. His deeds were displayed and broadcast by China Education Television, CCTV's Treasure World, Central News Film Studio's old story channel, Building a Dream Space and other official channels. He also won the honorary title of European Award for Chinese Contemporary Artists, Chinese Art Master, World Outstanding Chinese Artist, the first inheritor of Chinese painting in China, the role model of Chinese art, the centennial figure of the founding of the CPC Central New Film, and the member of the Central Media Culture Committee. In December 2020, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Chinese Artist on Chinese Culture - Japan Stamps. Five pieces of artwork, including

"Kyushu Seiki Rim Glacier," have been made into stamps for the 42nd Anniversary of the Sino-Japanese Treaty of Peace and Friendship. In December 2021, seven works of art, including Mingxin Zepei Qianshan Spring, were produced as stamps of the Netherlands, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Finland, Spain, France and Belgium, and published by the postal offices of seven countries. Published 36 art education papers. He is the author of "The Construction of Children's Life Art Creation Education", "The Collection of Chinese Contemporary Art Works - Wei Sidong" education and art monographs, which are collected by the National Library, the Library of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University.

    魏思东,笔名心田,1969 年生,福建柘荣人。厦门市海沧区育才小学美术高级教师，国家一级美术师,瑞典皇家美术学院荣誉博士，西班牙皇家圣费尔南多美术学院荣誉博士，中国管理科学研究院客座教授。福建省首批小学美术教学名师、福建省小学美术学科魏思东名师工作室领衔人。

荣获庆祝建国成立 70 周年纪念章。事迹被中国教育电视台、CCTV《宝藏 天下》、中央新闻电影制片厂老故事频道《筑梦空间》等官方频道展示播出。并获中国当代艺术家欧州荣誉奖、中国艺术名家、世界杰出华人艺术家、建党百年全国首批国画传承人、中国艺术榜样人物、中央新影建党百年时代人物、央媒文化组委会术会员等荣誉称号。2020 年 12 月荣获中华文化-日本邮票上 的杰出华人艺术家称号。

美术作品《九州瑞气临冰川》等 5幅作品被 制作成邮票,收录于《纪念中日和平友好条约 42 周年集邮册》。2021年12月美术作品《明心泽沛千山泉》等七幅作品被制作成荷兰、卢森堡、新西兰、芬兰、西班牙、法国、比利时等国邮票由7国邮政出版发行。发表美术教育论文 36 篇。

著有《儿童生活美术创造教育的构建》、《盛世翰墨丹青集萃:中国当代美术作品集-魏思东》教育与艺术专著,被国家图书馆、清华大学美术学院图书馆等馆藏。
