吴广华男，研究员职称，中共党员，国家特级书法师，中书协会员、“全国高层次艺术专业人才”、世界文学艺术家联合总会会员、俄罗斯艺术科学院荣誉院士，国际文联书画委员会委员，中国国宾礼特聘书画艺术家，国家非物质文化艺术传承人，中华传统文化发展基金会名誉主席、中国国画院书法研究院院长，中国传统文化研究会名誉会长等。曾任江苏省灌南县县委副书记、县政协主席、县人大常委会主任兼党组书记等职。

获联合国教科文组织“世界艺术功勋奖”、“联合国艺术终身成就奖”、“联合国人类文化贡献奖”,“诺贝尔国际艺术奖”及“诺贝尔奖章”、“首届国际文艺家金马奖”、“世界非物质文化遗产功勋奖”、“威尼斯世界艺术金奖”‘卢浮宫世界艺术金奖’、“国家艺术功勋奖”、“中国兰亭名家”终身成就奖、“国际兰亭艺术大师奖”金奖、“国礼”作品特等奖、中国顶级书画大师大赛评比中获书法特等奖、“国家宝藏·中国文艺泰斗奖”金奖、“共和国文化艺术最高荣誉奖”等。

获得的荣誉称号：获俄罗斯艺术科学院颁发的“金质奖章”和“荣誉院士”称号；“共和国国宝级艺术家”、“全国文学艺术界道德模范”、“中国非遗国礼特供艺术家”、“敦煌文化艺术传承人物”等称号。
