Gao Hongliang, trade name Gao Ming, pen name Wufa, born in 1948 in Jinling, currently residing in Nanjing, comes from a scholarly family. Currently, he is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a national first-class calligrapher, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a director of the Chinese People's Artists Association, a director of the Chinese People's Academy of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, a member of the Chinese Couplet Society, a member of the Beijing Huaxia Sunset Red Calligraphy and Painting Association, and a visiting professor of the China Oriental Academy of Art Member of the Xinjiang Branch of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, academician of the China Century Great Collection Calligraphy and Painting Academy, member of the New Working Committee of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, renowned calligrapher and painter in the cultural and artistic talent pool, senior calligraphy teacher, and guest professor at the Confucius Art Museum.

In the early 1970s, I responded to the call of the Party to support the construction of the border areas and came to Xinjiang in the northwest of China. I have successively carried out construction in Shanshan, Turpan, Urumqi, Kuitun, Karamay, Bole, Altay, and other regions, making lifelong contributions to the construction of Xinjiang. As a teenager, I had a wide interest in reading. I knew that only by reading thousands of books can I travel thousands of miles. I was bound up with zither, chess, calligraphy and painting. When I was young, I loved calligraphy and painting. When I first learned regular script from Liu Ou, I learned from Yan. The second king of running calligraphy learned from ancient and modern steles all over the world. He studied with an open mind, tried hard to learn from the past, but not from the past. He boldly broke out of the steles, and integrated the essence of ancient and modern calligraphy into his own calligraphy style.

In 2004, he was personally taught by the famous calligrapher Mr. Yao Junqing on CCTV, which further improved his calligraphy skills.

In 2005, won the gold medal in the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy Solicitation Activity;

In February 2006, his works were included in the large-scale calligraphy and painting collection (Song of Sunset Red), and his works were permanently collected by the academy; In May of the same year, his work was included in the book "Classic of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masterpieces" and won a gold medal.

In 2007, his work was included in the "Classic of People's Meritorious Artists' Calligraphy and Painting Masterpieces" and won a gold medal.

In 2008, he won another gold medal in the solicitation event for the collection of works by Chinese contemporary powerful calligrapher Runge;

In 2008, awarded the honorary titles of Outstanding Olympic Artist, Olympic Propaganda Ambassador, and Outstanding Folk Culture Artist;

In the 2009 National Calligraphy and Painting Invitation Competition to celebrate China's 60th birthday, he won the Blue Flower Cup and the first prize in the eighth section of the calligraphy competition. In the same year, he won the Golden Eagle Cup Gold Award in the Beijing Mei'a International Art Center Calligraphy and Painting Competition; In October of the same year, he was awarded the honorary title of "Star of Chinese Harmonious Art" by the organizing committee of the Harmony Cup National Calligraphy, Painting, Photography and Art Competition, and took photos with various leading calligraphers, painting artists, film and television stars and signed autographs as a souvenir.

In 2010, after careful and rigorous assessment by the Oriental Artists Association of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting (the Chinese Artist Qualification Recognition Committee of the Contemporary Artists Editorial Department) and other units, I was awarded the title of "Top 100 Calligraphers in the Chinese Art World". I was also awarded the honorary titles of "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Master, People's Meritorious Artist", and other honors. My works have been appreciated and collected by relevant departments at home and abroad, as well as enthusiasts from all walks of life, Since 2010, Gao Hongliang has devoted himself wholeheartedly to creating, researching calligraphy and painting art, inheriting Chinese culture, and making contributions to society.

In 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist" by the Second Session of the 13th National People's Congress and the Second Session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

In April 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "Famous Calligrapher and Painter" in the Cultural and Art Talent Information Database of the Ministry of Culture.

In June 2019, he was awarded the title of "Famous Artist of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Inheritance" at the 19th China Century Collection Annual Character Summary and Commendation Conference and TV Recorded Character Awards Ceremony.

In November 2020, he was awarded "Chinese Style - Calligraphy and Painting Model Figure" by the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplet Association.

In March 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "2020 Most Influential Contemporary Artist" at the Chinese Artists' New Year Gala.

In July 2021, it was successfully selected into the cultural China theme exhibition tour, and appeared on Beijing Subway TV Line 1, Line 2, Line 5, Line 8, Line 10, and Line 13 Batong Line as a representative of outstanding artists.

In January 2022, he was awarded the title of "the most academically valuable calligrapher and painter of contemporary China" by the Beijing Xinhai Cultural and Art Research Institute.

In February 2022, he was appointed as an art committee member by the Central Media Culture Organizing Committee. In the key recommendation project of "Inheriting Classic Era Role Models" during the National Two Sessions, he was awarded the honorary title of "2022 Outstanding Artist Presenting to the National Two Sessions".

In April 2022, he was employed as a member of China Research and Innovation Intangible cultural heritage Protection and Development Center, and he was also awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist".

高宏亮，字号高鸣，笔名悟法，一九四八年生于金陵，现居南京市，出身书香门第，现任中国书法家协会会员、国家一级书法師、中国书画家协会会员、中国人民艺术家协会理事、中国国艺人民书画院理事、中国楹联学会会员、北京华夏夕阳红书画协会会员、中国东方艺术学院客座教授、中国书画院新疆分院会员、中国世纪大釆风书画院院士，中国书画家联谊会新工委委员、文化艺术人才库入註书画名家、书法高级教師、孔子美术馆客座教授、国宾礼艺术顾问等。

七十年代初本人响应党的号召，支援边疆建设，来到祖国大西北新疆，先后在鄯善，吐鲁番，乌鲁木齐，奎屯，克拉玛依，博乐，阿尔泰，等地区搞建设，为新疆建设做出毕生奉献。本人青少年时代兴趣广泛爱读书，知道读万卷书，才能行万里路的道理和琴棋书画结缘幼年酷爱书画，楷书初学柳欧后学颜，行书学二王遍临古今大家碑帖，虚心学习，努力进取师古而不泥古，大胆冲出碑帖，将古今书法精华融入自己的书法风格。

2004年在中央电视台得到著名书法家姚俊卿先生亲自教诲，为自己的书法技法得到更进一步的提升。

2005年在中国老年书法征稿活动中荣获金奖；

2006年二月作品入编（夕阳红之歌）大型书画集其作品被该院永久收藏；同年五月作品入编（中国书画名作精品宝典）一书，获金奖。

2007年作品入编（人民功勋艺术家书画名作精品宝典），并获金奖。

2008年（中国当代实力派书法家润格作品收藏大典）征稿活动中再获金奖；

2008年授予奥运杰出艺术家，奥运宣传大使和民间文化优秀艺术家荣誉称号；

2009年庆祝祖国60华诞全国书画邀请赛征稿活动中，先后荣获蓝花杯，书法评比为八段段位一等奖，同年北京美阿国际艺术中心书画大赛荣获金鹰杯金奖；同年十月在和谐杯全国书画摄影艺术大赛组委会评审中授予个人中华和谐艺术之星荣誉称号，并和各种界领导书画艺术家影视明星合影并签字留念。

2010年经中国书画创作院东方艺术家协会（当代文艺家编辑部中国艺术家资格认定委员会）等单位审慎认真与严格的考核特授予个人中国艺坛书法家百杰资格称号，个人还被授予中国书画名家人民功勋艺术家等荣誉称号，作品被国内外有关部门及各界爱好人士欣赏并收藏，高宏亮自2010年后全身心的搞创作，和研究书画艺术传承祖国文化，为社会做贡献。

2019年荣获第十三届全国人大二次会议、全国政协第十三届二次会议，全国两会重点推荐“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。

2019年四月，得到文化部文化艺术人才资料数据库“书画名家”荣誉称号。

2019年六月，在第十九届中国世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰大会暨电视录制人物颁奖盛典中，被评为“中国书画传承艺术名家”。

2020年十一月，被中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会授予“中国风采—书画楷模人物”。

2021年三月，在中国艺术家新春联欢晚会活动中，被授予“2020年度当代最具影响力艺术名家”荣誉称号。

2021年七月成功入选文化中国主题巡展活动，作为优秀艺术家代表亮相北京地铁电视1号线、2号线、5号线、8号线、10号线、13号线八通线。

2022年一月，被北京心海文化艺术研究院授予“中国当代最具学术价值的书画名家”称号。

2022年二月，被央媒文化组委会聘为艺术委员。在《传承经典时代榜样》全国两会重点推荐项目中，被授予“2022年献礼全国两会优秀艺术名家”荣誉称号。

2022年四月，被聘为中国研创非物质文化遗产保护发展中心委员，个人还被授予“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。
