Liu WenZhang, male, born in July 1945, is from Fuyu, Jilin Province. He is a military officer and a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Northeast University of Finance and Economics, he is a political engineer, a renowned contemporary Chinese calligrapher, a national first-class calligrapher, a Chinese intangible cultural heritage national gift special artist, and a lifelong academician of the French Royal Academy of Painting. Vice Chairman of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Artists, Member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, Director of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collection Research Institute, Visiting Professor of the Japanese Academy of Calligraphy and Art, and Lifetime Member of the World Association of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters. Special invited member of the China National Rites Art Masters Association. Vice Chairman of Pulandian District Association of Painting and Calligraphy for Veterans. I have loved calligraphy and painting since childhood. When I was young, I often went to the painting gallery of the Cultural Museum, "Three Histories" Lianhuanhua and murals. At the age of 16, he created printmaking and traditional Chinese painting for regional exhibitions, and joined the County Federation of Literary and Art Circles as a member. At the age of 20, he joined the military, drew slides and blackboard newspapers in the division's film team, wrote quotes from Chairman Mao, painted giant oil paintings of Chairman Mao, set up a military club, and made the military camp famous. Gu Xiulian, the former vice chairman of the National People's Congress, received a group photo and won the charity contribution certificate trophy. 刘文章，男，1945年7月生，吉林扶余人，军转干部、中共党员。东北财经学院毕业，政工师、中国当代著名书法家，国家特级书法师，中国非遗国礼特供艺术家，法国法兰西皇家画院终身院士。中国文艺家联合会副主席，中国硬笔书法家协会会员，中国书画收藏研究院理事，日本国艺书道院客座教授，世界华人书画名家协会终身会员。中国国礼艺术大师协会特邀委员。大连市普兰店区老干部书画协会副主席。自幼爱书画。少年时期，常到文化馆画画廊，“三史”连环画、壁画。16岁创作版画、国画入地区展，加入县文联会员。20岁参军，在师电影队画幻灯，黑板报，写毛主席语录，画巨幅油画主席像，布置军人俱乐部，搞军营一片红。合编《先遣渡江英雄侦察连连史》，布置“三忠于”展览，“五・七”指示展览，军民共建两用人才展览，立三等功。在从事宣传工作中得到军旅画家尚沪生，雕塑家田金铎传带，终身受益。

40岁转业地方，先后任县物资局、县委组织部秘书，企业支部书记，工会主席编写物资志，创作了《论书法美在形神味》、《打破“三铁”，提高效益》、《论明明白白消费重要途径》、《创办信息市场，为民致富当红娘》、《积极探索打假治劣新路子》、《沁园春・华夏巨変》、《清平乐・赞盛世》、《颂歌献给党》等论文、诗歌，歌颂改革开放大好形势，获大连市委组织部优秀信息调研员和县委优秀共产党员、优秀报道员称号。参加中国书协，中国书画人オ研修中心书法函授培训，获国家级书法师证书，被市老干部大学聘为书画师。八年教学从历代名帖中(卫、张、二王、欧颜柳、赵、苏黄米蔡、于右任、郭沫若、毛泽东…)汲取精华，忆写《兰亭序》三百余遍，书艺水平大进。书法作品先后在国家军事博物馆，全国政协礼堂，日本、东南亚、欧洲展出获金奖。2008年获中华艺术终身成就奖，共和国杰出艺术家称号。11月参加北京人民大会堂“中国书画艺术家”支持慈善事业作品捐赠仪式暨《爱心托起希望》表彰大会，受到原国家人大副委员长顾秀莲接见合影，获慈善贡献奖证书奖杯。2009年为国庆60周年创作了《祖国万岁》、《巨龙腾飞》等14幅书法作品，荣登国家邮政总局发行的中华文化名家个性化专题邮票，获《新中国书法艺术最高荣誉奖》。2010年书法作品入录中国文联出版社《中国荣誉一一向世界推荐的国礼艺术家》16人专集、向世博会献礼。2011年个人两幅肖像载入国家专题邮票，获共和国功勋人物称号2012年作品入录《世界书画六大家》(范曾、刘文章、沈鹏、欧阳中石、王琦、靳尚谊)，《名家艺术》元旦专刊封面人物，七月在纪念香港回归15周年之际，作品入录《艺海名流》收藏版。2013年作品入录《艺术巅峰》三人集(欧阳中石、刘文章、沈鹏)、《中国辉煌》等史册，为纪念毛泽东诞辰120周年，创作的《我的中国梦》、《无限风光在险峰》、《建设文化强国》、《勤俭是我们的传家宝》、《中国书法世界文化瑰宝》等15幅书法作品载入《中华文化名家邮票珍藏册》。2019年在庆祝建国70周年之际，光荣入选《国家艺术楷模》，＂国家级实力派艺术家＂视频，荣获国家荣耀奖，国家功勋艺术家，中国文化新闻人物荣誉称号。
