Bai Guiqin, pen name: Xueliu Sanren, born in Harbin, is a retired cadre of the Harbin Administration for Industry and Commerce. Currently a member of the Heilongjiang Artists Association; ISQ9000A International Art System Certified Traditional Chinese Painter; Senior inheritor of intangible cultural heritage and traditional Chinese painting; Senior calligrapher and painter; Academician of the Information Science Research Institute of China Enterprise Newspaper Alliance and member of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association; Deputy Secretary General of the New Literature and Art Group Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, and a member of the New Literature and Art Group Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee; Member of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplet Society.

Bai Guiqin's landscape paintings have participated in various provincial, municipal, and even national exhibitions and competitions multiple times. Provincial and municipal television stations have successively provided personal reports and scholar interviews for him. The works' Bathing Tiger ',' Autumn Creek Bathing Tiger ', and' Autumn Water Fishing Music Picture 'all won gold awards at the exhibition; The painting "Cuiluan Mountain Stacks" won the first prize for creation at the 4th Canadian Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition; Many other works have been collected by art galleries and calligraphy and painting enthusiasts both domestically and internationally. In 2015, a personal art exhibition titled "Colored Ink Emotions" was successfully held in Harbin. In 2015, accompanied by a delegation of renowned Chinese calligraphers and painters, we visited Europe, Italy, Switzerland, and France and conducted a calligraphy and painting exhibition tour at the Milan World Expo. In 2019, outstanding representative works were included in the "Who's Who"; During the epidemic period in 2020, creative works were included in the special edition of the "Most Beautiful Calligrapher and Painter in China" and were awarded the honorary title of "One of the Most Beautiful Calligraphers and Painters". 白桂芹，笔名：雪柳散人，哈尔滨人，哈尔滨市工商局退休干部。现为黑龙江省美术家协会会员；ISQ9000A国际艺术体系资质认证国画师；非遗国画高级传承师；高级书画创作师；中企报盟信息科学研究院院士、中国书画家联谊会会员；中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员；中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员。

白桂芹山水画作品曾多次参加过省市乃至全国性的各类展览和比赛。省市电视台先后为其做过个人报道及学者专访。作品《浴虎》《秋溪浴虎》《秋水渔乐图》在参展中均获金奖；《翠峦山叠》在第四届加拿大中华诗书画大展中获创作一等奖；另有多幅作品被国内外美术馆及书画爱好者收藏。2015年在哈尔滨市成功举办题为“彩墨情怀”个人画展。2015年随中国书画名家代表团走进欧洲、意大利、瑞士、法国，走进米兰《世博会》进行书画巡展。2019年，优秀代表作品入编《名人录》；2020年疫情期间，创意作品入编珍藏版特刊《大美中国最美书画家》，并获得“最美书画家之一”荣誉称号。2021年作为新时代书画代表人物献礼全国两会。2022年元月，优秀作品《生灵们沐浴在曙光里》受邀参加由中国书画家联谊会主办的“向人民汇报”——新文艺群体书画家作品年展活动，展览期间作品得到了各界领导及观众的高度好评和喜爱。2022年5月美术作品《秋风宜落叶秀水出寒烟》成功入展中国文艺网，并被中国文艺资源数据库、中华数字艺术城收录。
