沈志斌，笔名岚峰, 1946 年 9 月出生，浙江省萧山人，自幼喜好美术。现为江西省美术家协会会员，庐山美术家协会顾问，庐山画院特聘画师，庐山白鹿洞书画院副院长，匡庐画苑堂主，中国楹联学会会员，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青栏目组》水墨丹青书画院会员，北京京华阁书画院副院长，北京中宣盛世国际书画院院聘画家，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会理事，北京中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员。人物经历:1966 年起在庐山电影院从事专职电影海报创作。1970 年在庐山文化馆任专职美术创作员。1975 年在庐山文化馆工作期间曾接待和陪同我们国著名画家黄永玉、吴冠中、祝大年、袁运甫等绘画大师,并亲身感受和体验他们在庐山写生创作全过程，聆听他们对艺术创作交流心得，深受启发，获益良多。
1981 年夏在庐山举办的中国工艺特艺博览会期间,更有幸陪同我国著名绘画大师、中央工艺美院院长张仃先生并陪同他在庐山写生，认真观摩大师的焦墨山水写生创作，聆听大师的美术讲座，从而对中国画的写生创作和中国画表现手法及技法有了更深刻的体会和感悟。1982 年曾安排接待“虹庐画派”传人上海文史馆王康乐及徐悲鸿学生周竹湘二位老先生。在庐山近-一个月时间里，与他们二老朝夕相处，一同外出写生作画。在绘画过程中，耳濡目染深得他们]的教诲与指点，从而画艺日渐长进，王康乐先生观后题词赠画日:“志斌同志近研虹庐法颇得其妙写此请正”。2009 年 6 月由庐山文化局九江市美协主办沈志斌个人书画展在九江市美术馆举行，受到美术界好评。“2019 年度国际中国艺坛领军人物”。
2020 年 5 月中国报道网授予“当代最具收藏潜力艺术家”。2020 年 8 月入选中国书画联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会当代艺坛翘楚书画家专题报道。2020 国际中国公益事业大典授予在“辉煌七十年，抒写新时代——文化中国 中国优秀传统文化高峰论坛暨迎新联谊会”活动中被授予奋斗改变生活·.新时代文化经济和谐共建优秀个人以及年度文化精英人物。
2021 年 9 月参加庆祝建党 100 周年“聚焦经典 盛世丹青”当代艺术名家邀请展。在日后的绘画创作生涯中，始终为之潜心钻研、心默手写、锲而不舍，已逐渐形成自己独特的创作风格和表现形式，赢得了美术界同仁的认可和好评。
Shen Zhibin, pen name Lan Feng, was born in September 1946 in Xiaoshan, Zhejiang Province. He has been fond of art since childhood. Currently a member of the Jiangxi Artists Association, consultant to the Lushan Artists Association, specially appointed painter of the Lushan Painting Academy, vice president of the Lushan Bailudong Calligraphy and Painting Academy, master of the Kuanglu Painting Garden, member of the Chinese Couplet Society, deputy secretary general of the Chinese Couplet Society Calligraphy Art Research Association, member of the Chinese Education Television "Ink and Ink Painting Program" Ink and Ink Painting Academy, vice president of the Beijing Jinghuage Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and appointed painter of the Beijing Zhongxuan Shengshi International Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Ethnic Architecture Research Association, and member of the Calligrapher and Painter Work Committee of the New Literature and Art Group of the Beijing Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association. Character Experience: Since 1966, I have been engaged in full-time film poster creation at Lushan Cinema. In 1970, he worked as a full-time art creator at the Lushan Cultural Museum. During my work at the Lushan Cultural Museum in 1975, I received and accompanied famous Chinese painters Huang Yongyu, Wu Guanzhong, Zhu Danian, Yuan Yunfu, and other painting masters. I personally experienced and experienced the entire process of their sketching creation in Lushan, listened to their exchange of ideas on artistic creation, and was deeply inspired and benefited greatly.
During the China Arts and Crafts Expo held in Lushan in the summer of 1981, I was fortunate enough to accompany Mr. Zhang Ding, a famous Chinese painting master and the president of the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts, and accompany him to sketch in Lushan. I carefully observed the master's Jiaomo landscape painting creation, listened to the master's art lectures, and gained a deeper understanding and insight into the sketching creation of Chinese painting, as well as the expression techniques and techniques of Chinese painting. In 1982, he arranged to receive Wang Kangle, the inheritor of the "Honglu School of Painting", and Zhou Zhuxiang, a student of Xu Beihong from the Shanghai Museum of Literature and History. For nearly a month in Lushan, I spent time with the two of them day and night, going out to sketch and paint together. During the process of painting, I was deeply influenced by their teachings and guidance, which led to the gradual improvement of painting skills. After observing, Mr. Wang Kangle wrote an inscription to the painting day, saying, "Comrade Zhibin has been studying the Honglu method very well. Please write this for correction. In June 2009, Shen Zhibin's personal calligraphy and painting exhibition was held at the Jiujiang Art Museum, hosted by the Jiujiang Art Association of the Lushan Cultural Bureau, and received high praise from the art community. Leading figure in the international Chinese art scene in 2019.
In May 2020, China News Network awarded the title of "Contemporary Artist with the Most Collection Potential". In August 2020, he was selected for a special report by the New Literature and Art Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association on the outstanding calligraphers and painters in the contemporary art world. The 2020 International China Public Welfare Ceremony was awarded the title of Outstanding Individual and Annual Cultural Elite in the "Brilliant Seventy Years, Describing the New Era - Cultural China's Excellent Traditional Culture Summit Forum and Welcoming New Party" event, striving to change life, building a harmonious cultural and economic environment in the new era.
In September 2021, participated in the "Focusing on Classic and Prosperous Painting" Contemporary Art Masters Invitation Exhibition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In my future career in painting, I have always devoted myself to it, silently handwritten, and persevered, gradually forming my own unique creative style and expression form, which has won recognition and praise from colleagues in the art industry.
