Cheng Zhitian, male, Han nationality, a member of the Communist Party of China, has a college education. He was born in 1940, started work in 1958, and retired in 1995. He is a retired cadre of the 13th Military Retirement Institute in Xicheng District, Beijing.

Since retiring for 26 years, he has participated in numerous national calligraphy and painting competitions and exhibitions, and all his works have been included in the exhibition, winning more than 60 gold awards.
