The traditional rendering method is to mix water and ink first, and then paint. Flow rendering is to harmonize water and ink in motion. On the basis of flowing rendering, Lin senior manager created a new painting method, "flowing ink painting".     蔺高管字云平，别号:西窗居士。1940年生; 1960年美院附中毕业; 1963年毕业于北京艺术学院美术系国画专业;师从高冠华、白雪石.....在校期间就常常去故宫临摹、研究历代名画，力求能从全局.上认识中国画。毕业后又师从王雪涛先生学习花鸟画多年，对王派小写意画法有一个全面的认识与理解。在个人的长期艺术实践中，潜心研究中国画的基础理论并著有《花鸟画章法入门》一书。(此书1995年 由人民美术出版社出版)同时经过二十多年的摸索、试验、独创出- -种“流动渲染”的渲染方法，这种方法改变了传统渲染方法的工艺流程。传统渲染方法一是先调和好水与 墨，然后作画。而流动渲染一是让水与 墨在运动中调和。在流动渲染的基础上，蔺高管创新出一种新的画法一“流动水墨画”。“ 流动水墨画”有-一个独特的唯一-性: 它既;不能临摹也无法手工复制。“ 流动水墨画”为 传统水墨画的发展注入了新的内容，在中国水墨画的创新道路中迈出了勇于尝试的一步。
