Lv Shaohua, a French painter, was born in Xiaguan, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in 1945. National first-class artist, with special allowance from the State Council. When he was young, he studied at Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1965 under the guidance of Mr. Fu Baoshi. In 1977, he taught and studied oil painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris, France. He received a doctor's degree in oil painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris, France. At the same time, he was awarded the honorary citizen of Paris, France, the winner of the

Swedish Royal Polaris Medal, and was rated as the chief artist by the National Ritual Culture and Art Network. Lv Shaohua's art biography was compiled into the international celebrity encyclopedia; At the same time, he was also included in Forbes Top Ten Chinese Celebrity List. At present, he is the executive director of China International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Arts, the president of the Yellow River Culture and Art Research Institute of the Ministry of Culture,

the vice president of Beijing International Association for Science, Technology and Art Exchanges, the postgraduate tutor of the Department of Fine Arts of Royal Oxford College in the United Kingdom, the doctor of the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts, and the lifelong honorary chairman of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Development Association. He was awarded a lifelong academician by Harvard University; Appointed as the Dean of the Chinese Branch of the Royal Academy of Arts.

He was employed as visiting professor of Peking University, Tsinghua University and Central Academy of Fine Arts; At the same time, he won the lifelong honorary title of the centennial master of the Republic; In the same year, he was awarded the honorary title of Model of the Times by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee.

吕少华，旅法画家，一九四五年生，江苏南京下关人。国家一级美术师，获国务院特殊津贴。青年时师从傅抱石先生，一九六五年就读于浙江美院，一九七七年在法国巴黎美术学院任教并攻读油画，获巴黎美术学院油画博士学位，同时荣获法国巴黎市荣誉市民，瑞典皇家北极星勋章获得者，被国礼文化艺术网评为首席艺术大师，吕少华艺术传略被编入国际名人百科；同时入围福布斯中国十大华人名人榜。现任中国国际书画艺术研究院常务理事、文化部黄河文化艺术研究院院长、北京国际科技艺术交流协会副会长、英国皇家牛津学院美术系研究生导师、瑞典皇家艺术学院博士，世界非遗发展协会终身荣誉主席。被哈佛大学授予终身院士；任命为英国皇家艺术学院中国分院院长。受聘为北京大学和清华大学及中央美术学院客座教授；同时荣获共和国百年巨匠终身荣誉称号；同年荣获中共中央宣传部时代楷模风范人物荣誉称号。
