Wang Huiqing, born in Mianyang, Sichuan Province in 1947, graduated from Sichuan Radio and Television University majoring in Chinese language and literature. Member of China Writers Association, member of China Dramatists Association, member of China Li Bai Research Association, member of Sichuan Dramatists Association, Artists Association and Writers Association. He wrote a long historical novel Li Bai (745000 words, top and bottom editions) (four times published, best-selling, currently published by Lingzi Media Publishing Group in Singapore), which was once presented to French President Chirac by the Ministry of Culture to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2004, he was invited by CCTV and Sichuan TV Drama Production Center to create 48 episodes of the large-scale historical TV series "Li Bai" and 21 episodes of Sichuan TV series "Taibai Goes to Beijing", and created 16 drama scripts. He has written many papers, such as "Research on Li Bai and the Silk Road Culture" and "Decipherment of Li Bai's" Ding Duhu Song ", and published them in such journals as" Research on Li Bai in China ". He has written more than 2.4 million words of literary and artistic works and academic papers about Li Bai. He wrote the script of Sichuan Opera "Poetry and Wine Taibai" and won the 9th Sichuan Literature and Art Award. In 2010, he won the Lifelong Achievement Award of Chinese Popular Literature and Art, and in 2018, he was elected as "Excellent Artist" by Sichuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles. In 2018, his drama drama "Wenlang Mountain" won the second prize of the National Small Script Award, and held a personal painting exhibition in Ningbo Art Museum and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The six foot whole piece of color ink peony "Yang He Chunxi", "Spring Breeze Whisks Luhuanong on the Sill", "Spring Warms Away Only for Heaven and Earth to Drunk", "Colorful Flowers Always Spring", "Leave China Everywhere in Spring", and "Spring Waves Surging Flowers Like the Sea" participated in and won prizes at home and abroad. In 1997, his works participated in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition of the Chinese Nation Cup and won the gold medal. In September 2000, his works won the Best Award in the Mayor's Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of China held in Fuzhou by the National Mayor's Painting and Calligraphy Academy. In July 2001, he participated in the Art Exhibition of China's Top 100 Mayors held in Beijing to support Beijing's bid for the Olympic Games and won a special honorary award. In December 2001, he participated in the "Peony Cup" National Famous Calligrapher and Painter Boutique Exhibition. In April 2000, the work Peony was invited to participate in the celebration of the 26th Australian Games held in Australia, which was collected by the Australian National Art Museum. At the end of 2003, he participated in the "Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to Commemorate the 110th Anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong's Birthday" in Beijing.

王慧清，1947年生，四川绵阳人，四川省广播电视大学汉语言文学专业毕业。中国作家协会会员，中国戏剧家协会会员，中国李白研究会会员，四川省剧协、美协、作协会员。创作长篇历史小说《李白》（74.5万字、上下本）（4次出版，畅销，目前由新加坡玲子传媒出版集团出版），曾由文化部转外交部赠送法国总统希拉克。2004年应中央电视台、四川电视台电视剧制作中心特邀创作完成大型历史电视连续剧《李白》４8集剧本和川剧电视连续剧《太白进京》2１集剧本，创作戏曲剧本16部。撰写论文《李白与丝绸之路文化研究》、《解密李白“丁都护歌"》多篇，发表于《中国李白研究》等刊物。共著述有关李白的文艺作品和学术论文240多万字。创作川剧《诗酒太白》剧本，荣获四川省第九届巴蜀文艺奖。2010年荣获中国通俗文艺终身成就奖 ,2018年由四川省文联推选为“优秀艺术家",2018年戏曲剧本《桄榔山》荣获全国小剧本二等奖,在宁波美术馆、马来西亚吉隆坡举办个人画展。六尺整张彩墨牡丹《阳和春熙》、《春风拂槛露华浓》、《春暖只待乾坤醉》、《万紫千红总是春》、《留得神州处处春》、《春涛澎湃花如海》参加国内外展赛并获奖。1997年其作品参加《中华民族杯全国书画大赛》，获金奖。2000年9月其作品参加全国市长书画院在福州举办的《中国市长书画展》获《最佳奖》。2001年7月参加在北京举办的支持北京办大申奥《中国百名市长艺术大展》，荣获特别荣誉奖。2001年12月参加“牡丹杯”全国著名书画家精品大展赛。2000年4月作品《牡丹》应邀参加“庆祝澳大利亚举办26澳运会”由澳州中国美术馆收藏。2003年底参加北京《纪念毛泽东同志诞辰110周年书画展》。
