Fu Zhongshe, born in Xinxiang City, Henan Province in 1957, is a member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association, a member of the China Association for the Promotion of Democratic Building, a senior cultural consultant of the China Aerospace Foundation, an art director of Henan Dahe Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a member of the Xinxiang Calligrapher's Association, and an honorary chairman of the Fengquan District Calligrapher's Association. He enjoys special national allowances. His calligraphy works have participated in the "Spirit of the Yellow River" calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and won the second prize; In May 1998, he won the first prize of the "China Great Wall Yellow River Cup" calligraphy competition; In 1998 (Nagoya City, November 29, Heisei Decade, Japan) won the Gold Award for Calligraphy; In December 2002, the works of "Space Majestic Wind" were carried into space and permanently collected by the Dongfeng Space City Museum in Jiuquan, China. He has published books such as Fu Zhongshe's Calligraphy, Collection of Fu Zhongshe's Calligraphy Works, Ink Margin of Amazing Dreams, Chinese Elite Fu Zhongshe, Fu Zhongshe, a grand view of contemporary Chinese calligraphy, Fu Zhongshe, a collection of stamps celebrating the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return - Fu Zhongshe, and a study on the model of classic works of famous Chinese artists Fu Zhongshe.

傅忠社，1957年出生，河南新乡市人，中国书法家协会会员，中国民主建国促进会会员，中国航天基金会高级文化顾问，河南省大河书画院艺术主持，新乡市书协理事，凤泉区书协名誉主席，享受国家特殊津贴。书法作品曾参加中国文联主办的《黄河魂》书法篆刻展，并荣获二等奖；1998年5月荣获“中国长城黄河杯”书法大赛一等奖；1998年（日本平成十年十一月二十九日名古屋市）荣获书法金奖；2002年12月“航天雄风”作品搭载遨游太空，并被中国酒泉东风航天城博物馆永久收藏。出版有《傅忠社书法》、《傅忠社书法作品集》、《惊梦墨缘》、《知白守黑》、《华夏精英—傅忠社》、中国当代名家书法大观《傅忠社》、庆祝香港回归二十周年邮册珍藏——傅忠社、中国艺坛名家经典作品范本研究—傅忠社等书籍。
